2) Q:How can I order the item of my choice?

A: If you are not a registered customer, click on My Account on the top and register.After registeration, select your desired items and click on ADD TO CART then Continue Check Out . 

3) Q:Payment method?

A:We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards and you can also pay through Paypal  (easier and safer). 

Your billing address is the same address information on file with your credit card company. When entering this information during the checkout process it is important that you enter this information exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If the information is not accurate, your card may be declined

Billing address and shipping address must be the same.

4) Q:Do you process the orders with different billing and shipping information?

A: If your billing and shipping info is different, we will have to verify the billing info with credit card company and also we have to get authorization from the card holder. 

5) Q: Do I have to pay Tax?

A: Yes.If you order from Canada, you must add tax rates to the item of your choice as below :

 Ontario province 13% (HST) 

British Columbia 12% (HST) 

Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, New found land & Labrador 13% ( HST )

Other Provinces 5% (GST)

US residents do not pay Canadian taxes but responsible for customs clearance if required

6) Q:What is MT Systems International Inc's return, exchange and warranty policy?

A: Please note that MT Systems International Inc. sells the products strictly under the manufacturers' terms & conditions (which include warranties & return policies). 
 If the product received is defective, it is your (the customer's) responsibility to send the product for repair or exchange including all the shipping & handling charges involved .Non-defective products are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 
Please ensure before sending the item obtain a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number by sending an e-mail to sales@mtsystems.ca . Sold items are used or refurbished unless otherwise stated. Laptops and accessories Carry minimum of 30 days warranty (parts and labour) .Please check the product description for exact condition and period .Warranty on used and refurbished items covers repair only. Warranty does not cover software. All sales are final (No refund).

7) Q: Do you share my personal information with other people?

A: MT Systems does not share your personal, credeit card and paypal information with other people or companies .

8) Q: How can I calculate shipping cost and time?

A:Shipping cost for ontario is only $10.00 ,all other provinces $17.00 and the United States only $39.00.

We will ship your order at the same day by FedEx or Canada Post and postal service usually takes 3-5 business days. Due to variation of postal service in different areas, some areas may take a little longer.

9) Q: What does cheap used refurbished laptop mean?

A:Cheap here does not mean low quality.MT Systems International Inc. sells all Used Refurbished Laptops cheaper than other competitors because we purchase factory refurbished notebooks, open box laptops and brand new laptop notebook computers in large quantities from major manufacturers such as IBM , Dell ,  hp/Compaq , Toshiba and IBM Lenovo . We carry a wide variety of laptop models such as IBM Thinkpad T series (T40, T41, T42, T43, T60, T61,...) , IBM Thinkpad R series and IBM Lenovo 3000 C series, N series and V series, Dell (Latitude, Inspiron...), hp/Compaq (nc6000,nc8000) and Toshiba (Tecra, Sattellite)...
